Gassing is a process applied to both yarns & fabric to produce an even surface by burning off projecting fibers, yarn ends & fuzz. This is accomplished by passing the fiber or yarn over a gas flame or heated copper plates at a speed sufficient to burn away the protruding material without scorching or burning the yarn or fabric.

how it works

Hanks Reeling

A differential diametrical reeling machine wherein cylindrical or conical hanks are formed from spools of yarn on a rotating reel. The yarn being guided by a rotating or reciprocating guide for distributing it on the reel, a lifting guide being provided along the path traveled by the yarn, characterized in that the lifting-guide has an active cross-section, which is variable & disposed at the optimum distance from the thread-guide & the reel. Equipped with six Croon-lucke machines for Reeling on Hank.

Mercerizing

The mercerizing machine is a process for increasing absorbency, strength, and lustier of the fabric by physio-chemical treatment. And this chemical treatment occurred in two IMP-1 and IMP-2 baths by passing the fabric into an airing zone. John Mercer was the first chemist in the world who found this phenomenon in 1844. Therefore the process of this type of wet processing was called Mercerizing.

Dyeing

The HTHP yarn dyeing machines typically have 3 tanks. The main tank is made to take in the carrier while the other two are subsidiary tanks. One of them is used to prepare the dye liquor that is dosed gradually as required. The other tank is used to add the remaining auxiliary chemical ingredients required for pre-dyeing and after-dyeing.
