Cotton

Using cotton gin, we remove stems, leaves, and other dirty matter from cotton, making it clean and perfect for your use.

Yarn twisting

We are currently offering up to 8-ply yarn twisting. Our advanced equipment, such as 16 Marzoli & Murata T.F.O having 6000 spindles, allows us to produce 4.5 tons of twisted yarn daily.

Gassing

Using the gassing technique, we get rid of the protruding material to make sure that your yarn or fabric is fuzz free and smooth to the touch.

Hanks Reeling

Hank reeling machine is used to change cone or cop packed yarn into a hank form by winding a yarn into a circular or round shaped reel

Mercerizing

Mercerizing is the process of treatment of cellulosic material with cold or hot caustic conditions under specific conditions to improve its appearance and physical as well as chemical properties.

Dyeing

Yarn Dyeing, the yarns are dyed first before the fabric manufacturing stage. The yarn dyeing happens in hanks or in package dyeing. Package dyeing is a method where yarns are wound on perforated cones placed in a dye vessel. The dye solution is then alternatively pushed inside out and vice versa.

Hanks Winding

After mercerizing, bleaching & dyeing the hanks are winded on cones for further processing.

Lab Equipment

We have a fully equiped laboratory with devices ranging from infrared heating devices for test dyeing. And chambers for color matching in different lights and devices for natural & synthetic fibre dyeing.
